Yaşar University Faculty Member Dr. Eylem Ezgi Fadıloğlu and Fırat University in the Fisheries Faculty Processing Technologies Department along with Academic Members Assoc. Dr. Özlem Emir Çoban and Assoc. Dr. Mehmet Zülfü Çoban, have developed a special patented pasta out of fish bones and fish mean for those who do not like fish and those with celiac disease.
